On August 1, 2011 at approximately 3:18 p.m. the Pratt County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a one vehicle rollover accident at SE 10th Ave. and SE 70th St.  It was reported that one person had been ejected from the vehicle.

On arrival sheriff’s officers found a 2000 Toyota pickup on the west side of SE 10th Ave with a male subject on the ground.  Four or five people were rendering aid to the injured.  The individual in the field was apparently ejected; he was identified as Sean Gallheger, 25, of Jacksonville, Florida.  Richard Brooks, 25, of Jacksonville, Florida was driving the pickup.  Neither Gallheger nor Brooks were wearing seatbelts.  Gallheger was transported by Pratt County Emergency Services to Pratt Regional Medical and he was then flown to Wesley Hospital in Wichita.

The accident is still under investigation by the Pratt County Sheriff’s Office.
