Pratt County Sheriff's Officers returned Jimmy Daniels to Pratt County from Gallatin, Tennessee on Dec. 16, 2008. Daniels was arrested in July, at Gallitin Tennessee, on a warrant issued by Pratt County District Court on a charge of rape of a juvenile female. The warrant is in connection with an incident reported in Pratt County on July 17, 2008 Extradition proceedings were completed on December 10, 2008 allowing the transport of Daniels.
